Enquiries and photographs
We use the details and images you submit to assess the work, respond to your enquiry and arrange a booking. This is to take steps you request before a contract and to deliver any booking you accept. Quote images stay private; they are never automatically published.
Public photographs
We ask separately before publishing customer photographs. The optional portfolio checkbox only means we may ask. You can decline without affecting your ability to book. Contact us to withdraw permission for future use and request removal from channels we control.
Who processes the information
Auburn’s owners access enquiries through a password-protected admin area. Krystal hosts the public pages. Cloudflare processes enquiries, stores the database and images, and provides human verification and abuse protection. Resend processes notification emails containing an enquiry reference and admin link, without your photographs. We do not sell your data. Hosting providers may process information internationally under their applicable data-protection arrangements.
Security and essential cookies
We use limited security records to prevent abuse and a human-verification service on the quote form. The admin area uses an essential session cookie. There are no advertising cookies or analytics. Administrators should sign out on shared devices.
Retention
Enquiries and private photographs are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Provider recovery copies and private backups may remain for their separate retention periods, with access restricted. We aim to remove unsuccessful enquiry emails within 90 days of the last contact. Records needed for an accepted booking, accounting obligations or a dispute are retained only as necessary for those purposes.
